TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ, VISITING INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES AND SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS, ENDING IN TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ.

9:00 a.m. Salida de hotel en Tuxtla Gutiérrez y traslado de 1 hr 30 min a las comunidades indígenas de San Juan Chamula y Zinacantán para conocer sus tradiciones. En la Iglesia de San Juan Chamula observarán una mezcla mística de ritos indígenas y católicos. En Zinacantán convivirán con una familia local y podrán apreciar sus bordados elaborados a mano.

9:00 a.m. Departure from your hotel in Tuxtla Gutiérrez and a 1.5-hour transfer to the indigenous communities of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantán to learn about their traditions. At the Church of San Juan Chamula, you will witness a mystical blend of indigenous and Catholic rites. In Zinacantán, you will spend time with a local family and admire their handcrafted embroidery.

1:30 p.m. Traslado al pueblo mágico de San Cristóbal de las Casas. Tiempo para realizar una visita por cuenta propia al centro de esta bella ciudad, conociendo algunos puntos importantes como La Catedral, Plaza de la Paz, Santo Domingo y el Arco del Carmen. Tendrán tiempo para comer y posteriormente el resto de la tarde libre para caminar en los coloridos andadores, comprar artesanías, etc.

1:30 p.m. Transfer to the magical town of San Cristóbal de las Casas. Free time to explore the center of this beautiful city on your own, visiting important landmarks such as the Cathedral, Plaza de la Paz, Santo Domingo Church, and the Arco del Carmen. You will have time for lunch, and then the rest of the afternoon is free to stroll along the colorful pedestrian walkways, shop for handicrafts, and more.

Finalmente a las 6:00 p.m. les trasladaremos de regreso al hotel en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, llegando a las 7:00 p.m. aproximadamente.

Finally at 6:00 p.m. we will transfer you back to the hotel in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, arriving at approximately 7:00 p.m.
